Foundation
The construction often begins with demolition and clear lot. As soon as the lot is clear and ready, we will double check and measure all survey points and elevations to make sure they match exactly to your approved plans. After marking the construction site, we will begin with the excavations often done by heavy duty equipment that will be specially brought into the construction site. As soon as the excavation is done and building and safety set backs and excavation inspection was successfully passed, we will install any necessary hardware and steel Thank we will continue to form your footings according to your blueprints. Finally, your new foundation is completed and passed the building and safety 2nd inspection, we conduct a thorough inspection of our own, to double check that the construction meets industry standards and building codes.
